Imad Fandi Azzam, who founded NOMAD in 2010, is a seasoned architect with over three decades of distinguished experience in design, project delivery, and construction management across the UAE. With a portfolio spanning commercial, residential, educational, and hospitality sectors, Imad has a proven track record of steering complex developments from vision to execution. He holds a Master’s degree in Architecture and Management, blending creative design with advanced expertise in contracts, planning, and cost optimization. Having held senior leadership roles within the region’s most prominent organizations, Imad brings a high-level perspective to NOMAD, ensuring every project is underpinned by technical rigor, disciplined execution, and uncompromising attention to detail.

Marina Finianos, Co-Founder of NOMAD, leads the firm’s interior design vision and creative development. With over 20 years of experience in the Design & Build sector, Marina specializes in shaping interiors that balance sophisticated aesthetics with everyday functionality. Having established NOMAD’s Interior Design Department, she steers its creative and operational direction, translating client requirements into cohesive spatial concepts. Leading a multidisciplinary team of designers and architects, Marina oversees a full suite of interior architecture services across the UAE. Her approach is defined by material awareness and practical detailing—creating refined environments that are as enduring as they are functional.
