    The Interior Designer is the backbone of the company, essential to bringing the visions of our clientele to life. Under the guidance of our principal designer, the Interior Designer will be given the opportunity to handle and oversee projects all the way to completion.

    Main Duties and Responsibilities:

    1-) Work closely with the principal designer on conceptualizing and developing designs

    1. 2-) Prepare plans, drawings, material boards, and perspectives based on the concept for the project
    2. 3-) Communicate with and update the client throughout the design and construction process
    3. 4-) Go on site visits to check on the progress of construction
    4. 5-) Properly document every stage of the project
    5. 6-) Coordinate with suppliers and keep an inventory of material swatches and products for future projects

    The Architect will perform all phases of design and architectural work including designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of projects. The main goal is to match the Principal Designer’s standards and the client’s needs in order to produce functional, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing designs. The position may also require interacting with Clients, Suppliers, Construction Teams, Inspectors, and other Architects and Designers.

    Main Duties and Responsibilities:

    • 1 -) Work closely with the Principal Designer on conceptualizing and developing designs.
    • 2 -) Prepare plans, drawings, material boards, and perspectives based on the concept for the project
    • 3 -) Prepare design proposals/contracts for clients and suppliers
    • 4 -) Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations, governmental regulations, and environmental impact
    • 5 -) Go on site visits to check on the project’s status for reporting to the Principal Designer

    6 -) Coordinate and liaise with construction teams, site inspectors, client representatives, and other architects/designers

    The 3D Visualizer will be responsible for creating high-level 3D renderings of our interior design projects that reflect the firm’s values of design excellence and attention to detail. The position requires at least 2-3 years of experience with 3D rendering. Must be a proactive team player and comfortable working under tight deadlines.

    Main Duties and Responsibilities:

    • 1 -) Produce highly detailed renderings of Nomad Interior designs
    • 2 -) Work closely with the design team to fully understand the project to be rendered
    • 3 -) Create animated walk-throughs of projects
    • 4 -) Mentor the design team on the basics of AutoCAD 3DS Max

    The Project Engineer will be responsible for all engineering and technical disciplines that involves the Project. The Engineer will schedule, plan, forecast, resource and manage all the technical activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion.

    Main Duties and Responsibilities:

    • 1 -) Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects
    • 2 -) Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
    • 3 -) Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field
    • 4 -) Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status
    • 5 -) Assign responsibilities and mentor project team
    • 6 -) Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support
    • 7 -) Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions

    The Project Manager plans and directs all Design Engineers, Drafters and Technical Engineers working on specific Projects. Oversees product construction and testing in order to ensure completion of projects as efficiently and effectively as possible.

    Main Duties and Responsibilities:

    • 1-) Defines the engineering organization charts, staffing and personnel roles with engineering discipline departments;
    • 2 -) Defines provisional manpower histograms and controls the qualification of assigned engineering personnel;
    • 3 -) Ensures the technical part of the Contract review;
    • 4 -) Participates to the induction of the engineering team to contract/project requirements;
    • 5 -) Provides instructions to the engineering team through project engineering instructions and procedures;
    • 6 -) Ensures the issue, the validation and the maintenance of the project equipment lists and /or other key engineering documents as applicable to each project;
    • 7 -) Ensures effective interdisciplinary coordination in particular through weekly meetings. Takes the necessary technical decisions in case of unresolved conflicts between disciplines.
    • 8 -) Controls that the engineering team properly interfaces with other project members;
    • 9 -) Supervises the issue of engineering deliverables and approves the key engineering documents;
    • 10 -) Participates to project planning definition by providing engineering milestones and requirements;
    • 11 -) Ensures that engineering activity is compliant with project milestones. Alerts project management in case of unforeseen variation and suggests if needed mitigation measures
    • 12 -) Ensures effective technical coordination with Client’s representatives and as such participates to good communication with Client;
    • 13 -) Consolidates engineering budgets based on discipline departments budgets and controls it during the course of the project. Alerts the Project Management in case of variation and suggests if needed mitigation measures;
    • 14 -) Supervises the initiation and maintenance of project files;
    • 15 -) Leads and attends the design and safety reviews and supervises the follow up of the outcomes;
    • 16 -) Contributes to Project reporting for the engineering part (activities, quantities & budget areas of concern);
    • 17 -) Participates to contract management by initiating, collecting and consolidating the variation requests and change orders;
    • 18 -) Participates to Risk management for the engineering concerns;
    • 19 -) Initiates Value engineering and best practice
    • 20 -) Ensures that the engineering final dossier is properly prepared and filed and that lessons learned for engineering are clearly identified

    The Quantity Surveyor manage the costs on a construction project. The Quantity Surveyor will help ensure that the construction project is completed within its Projected Budget.

    Main Duties and Responsibilities:

    • 1 -) Price / Forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project.
    • 2 -) Prepare Tender Documents, Contracts, Budgets, Bill of Quantities and other Documentation.
    • 3 -) Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly.
    • 4 -) Procure or agree the services of Contractors and/or Subcontractors who work on the construction of the Project.
    • 5 -) Measure and value the work done on site.
    • 6 -) Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as Site Managers, Project Managers and Site Engineers.
    • 7 -) Select and/or Source Construction Materials.

    The Accountant is responsible for managing and the reporting of Financial Information. The Accountant will be responsible for recording transactions, compiling and analyzing data, perform audits, assist with budgets and financial forecasting, computing taxes and reporting their findings to the management and other entities.

    Main Duties and Responsibilities:

    • 1 -) Examining Bank Statements and Reconciling them with General Ledger Entries.
    • 2 -) Examining Expenses submitted by Employees.
    • 3 -) Keeping an eye on Incoming Payments from Accounts Receivable and Outgoing Payments from Accounts Payable.
    • 4 -) Creating Company Financial Reports with the above information.
    • 5 -) Analyzing data collected in order to determine the state of the Company’s Financial Health.
    • 6 -) Analyzing data to understand where the Company is generating and losing Revenue.
    • 7 -) Examining the proficiency of the software programs used to organize data.
    • 8 -) Generating Financial Reports that display the Company’s Profit, Equity and Cash Flow.

    The Personal Assistant will work closely with our senior managerial staff to provide administrative support. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for running business errands, maintaining ongoing business files, working with the administrative team to set-up the company conference room for important meetings and assisting with creating outgoing correspondence.

    Main Duties and Responsibilities:

    • 1 -) Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients.
    • 2 -) Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
    • 3 -) Extensively manage e-mails including checking incoming/outgoing emails and following up as necessary.
    • 4 -) Respond accurately to internal and external information requests.
    • 5 -) Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
    • 6 -) Take dictation and minutes.
    • 7 -) Create and reformat effective presentations and documentation.
    • 8 -) Source office supplies.
    • 9 -) Prepare reports and documentation for meetings and appointments.
    • 10 -) Assist with other ad-hoc administrative and project requirements as needed.

    The Officer is required to have a 3 t0 4 Years UAE Experience in Sales & Marketing Field for Interior Design & Fit-out Companies. Preferably Female and staying in Abu Dhabi. Should be a University Graduate and is required to have an UAE Driver’s License. Should also be proficient in English.

    • 4 -) Stay up-to-date on current market trends.
    • 5 -) Own ultimate responsibility for successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals.
    • 6 -) Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
    • 7 -) Taking calculated risks to increase profitability and brand recognition.
